Tom Wennerstrand is an international hair and make-up artist with over a decade of experience under his belt. Wennerstrand’s
career has taken him from Paris, Milan to New York and he has worked
for some of fashion’s biggest names including Prada and Fendi. What separates Wen- nerstrand from other stylists is his ability to execute unique and visionary concepts, which culminated in the opening of Noir Concept in Helsinki and then the formation of Realcol- lective and it’s first line of products Real Beauty. 

Ben okamoto

Ben Okamoto is a entrepreneur who obtained his BA majoring in Economics and Political Science and International Relations at the young age of 19. After leaving university Ben was elevated to the position of Commercial manager at Telstra, one of Australia’s biggest Telecommunication companies. Since moving to Berlin in 2014, Ben teamed up with Mert and Tom to form Realcollective, and has been working with the pair ever since.
